01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing propanereservoirscanada.com (the "Site") or purchasing products from Propane Reservoirs ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses the Site.

02 About Propane Reservoirs

Propane Reservoirs supplies propane storage tanks, reservoirs, and related accessories to customers across Canada from our location at 5552 Ste-Catherine St, The Nation, ON K0C 2B0. You can reach our team at (506) 805-1354 for questions about these Terms, an order, or our products.

03 Use of This Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Copy, scrape, or republish Site content without our written permission
• Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability
• Submit false information when placing an order or contacting us

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

04 Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Reservoir dimensions, capacities, and fittings shown on the Site are provided by manufacturers and may vary slightly from the physical product.

05 Orders & Payment

Placing an order through the Site or by phone is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock or a pricing error is identified. Payment is due at the time of order unless other terms have been agreed to in writing. Applicable federal and provincial taxes will be added to your order total.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery, and site-access information. Delays or additional charges caused by inaccurate information provided at checkout are the customer's responsibility.

06 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, freight charges, and delivery methods for reservoirs and accessories are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. Large tanks typically ship by freight carrier and may require a suitable unloading area and access for delivery equipment; please review that page or call us before ordering if you have questions about site access.

07 Returns & Refunds

Eligible, unused, and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup. Full details, including which items are not eligible for return, are set out on our Returns & Refunds Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.

08 Propane Equipment, Installation & Safety

Propane reservoirs and tanks are regulated equipment. By purchasing from Propane Reservoirs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are responsible for obtaining any permits or inspections required in your municipality before a reservoir is placed into service
• Tanks and reservoirs must only be used to store propane and must not be modified from their certified configuration
• You will maintain, inspect, and operate the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety codes
• Propane Reservoirs is not liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from improper installation, modification, or use of equipment after it leaves our possession

09 Warranties

Where a manufacturer's warranty is provided with a product, we will pass along the terms of that warranty and help facilitate a claim on your behalf. Except as expressly stated or required by applicable Canadian consumer protection law, products are sold without additional warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable provincial law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propane Reservoirs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase and use of our products, including but not limited to loss of propane, property damage, or business interruption resulting from improper installation or use. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Propane Reservoirs, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your installation, modification, or use of any product purchased from us.

12 Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by Propane Reservoirs or our licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

13 Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to it does not imply endorsement.

14 Privacy

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
