We stand behind every propane reservoir, tank, and accessory we sell. If something isn't right, our team in The Nation, Ontario makes returns straightforward โ no runaround, no hidden fees.
How Returns Work
Propane reservoirs and tanks are regulated equipment, so our process is built around Canadian propane safety codes as much as convenience. Here's what to expect from start to finish.

Contact Us
Call (506) 805-1354 or email within 30 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and reason for return.

Get Approval
We confirm the item is unused, uninstalled, and eligible, then issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Ship or Schedule Pickup
Small items ship back with the RA number visible. Large reservoirs are collected by freight or arranged local pickup.

Inspection & Refund
Once received, we inspect the item and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
What Can โ and Can't โ Be Returned
Because propane storage equipment falls under CSA B149.2 and provincial propane safety codes, eligibility depends on the condition and certification status of the item, not just the calendar.
Eligible for Return
- Unused, unopened reservoirs and tanks in original packaging
- Tanks with intact CSA/CRN certification tags and factory seals
- Regulators, hoses, gauges, and fittings in resellable condition
- Standard stock items requested within 30 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return
- Tanks that have been filled, purged, or connected to a supply line
- Tanks with removed, broken, or missing certification tags
- Custom-fabricated, special-order, or made-to-spec reservoirs
- Installed equipment or items reported after 30 days
Refund Method & Timing
Every refund is issued back to the original payment method โ we never issue store credit unless you request it.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a reservoir or accessory arrives damaged in transit, is defective, or doesn't match your order, we make it right at no cost to you.
Report within 48 hours of delivery
Photograph the damage and packaging, then call (506) 805-1354 or email us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund โ including return freight โ with no restocking fee.
Returns FAQ
No. Once a reservoir has been filled, purged, or connected to a supply line, it cannot be returned for safety and certification reasons under Canadian propane codes. Only unused, unopened, uninstalled tanks with intact certification tags qualify.
You have 30 days from your delivery or pickup date to contact us and request a return on eligible, unused equipment and accessories.
Customers cover return freight for standard change-of-mind returns. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the full cost of return shipping.
Yes. Let us know when you request your RA number and we'll set up a direct exchange for a different size or model wherever stock allows.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
